The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of fast food chains, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. Glo cafe is just a short walk away, offering a cozy ambiance and delicious coffee options. Additionally, the hotel's central location provides easy access to nearby malls and attractions, ensuring that guests have plenty to explore during their stay.

The front desk staff seemed to be overwhelmed with phone calls, resulting in a lengthy check-in process.

We had a great city trip in Cebu at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the malls and the hospitals. It was really convenient for both leisure and business trips. The hotel had excellent facilities for the whole family. My kids loved the outdoor and indoor pools, and there were also entertainment facilities on the 18th and 19th floors. there were a variety of restaurants to choose from, so we never had to worry about finding a place to eat.

There were a few things that disappointed us. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to our expectations.

The drapes in the room were falling down, indicating a need for general upkeep and repairs.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Delicious omelette and veggie soup for breakfast. Helpful staff, especially Kris at the front desk. Convenient nearby store with branded overrun items. Great location in the city. Overlooking the Cebu-Cordova link bridge. Will definitely return.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to the malls and hospitals. While attending my meetings, my family had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoor and indoor pools, as well as the array of restaurants and entertainment facilities on the higher floors. Plus, we felt secure knowing that our SUV was safely parked in the hotel's parking area.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city center. The only area for improvement would be the training of some staff members in customer service, as there were a few instances where our requests were not attended to immediately.
